Our ‘crew’ has been busy this winter in that Dana Hessel has made the following; 50 lbs. of German sausage, 50 lbs. of Choriza sausage some 40 lbs. of Canadian bacon and some 80 lbs. of summer sausage. these are for breakfast and Hors D’ Oeuvres.
Dana and Roger Elliot are here at the present time, last week we did “odd jobs” around the place, getting another “reference point” ready to put up, move some rocks and old fence—Roger even planted potatoes—- mowed out our old food plots—get equipment ready for spring work etc. Jim has some 600 cedars to replant so that is in our project list.
