We are pretty simple in pricing. $390 per gun per day (plus 6% sales tax). $100 advance deposit per gun per day in 2025 holds your date. Advance deposit is non-refundable but can be applied to a future pheasant hunt(same hunting year) in case of a weather related problem.

Hunting Pheasants on an empty stomach is not recommended.
Guided pheasant hunts
Our dogs will get the job done, but you are welcome to bring your own too.

1897
Picnic in Hiddenwood Gulch
Even our neighbors in 1897 recognized the history of the Korkow Ranch with a picnic in Hiddenwood Gulch.
1920-1940
Buying the Ranch
In the late 20’s our father and his family moved to this area – purchased a part of the place in the early 30’s – lost it to taxes in the mid 30’s and our father started buying it back in the late 30’s. Since then, the following pieces have been added; Minnie Nelson ranch, Gould pasture, Nye pasture, Curtis place and the Graf Ranch

2004-2005
7 miles of Shelterbelt added
Most of our Shelter belts are 5 rows wide and are designed to deter wind erosion, collect snow and provide habitat.
2009
1/2 mile new shelterbelt
As a result of the Graf Ranch purchase in 2008, we are developing various parts of it to improve our productivity.
