Merry Christmas and Happy New Year from those of us at “Korkow Ranch Pheasant Hunting.” We thank all of our Pheasant Hunters and Friends that made our year happen!!
Their are a lot of people “behind the scene” that have made our year possible and for their work on future hunts. I don’t ever want to single anyone out, but I think Dana Hessel of Silver City, IA needs some special recognition, Dana started early this spring making Jerky; then German and Chorizo Sauage; then he made Canadian Bacon; He got the Side Pork—Breakfast wouldn’t have been the same—He catches the Walleye, Catfish and Trout( I think he likes to fish!) that we had for Hors D’ Oeurves–he cooks and brings numerous items—Jim’s favorite is the cinnamon rolls!!!! He mowed weeds in the trees, drove firetruck watering trees, made signs for our reference poles and I can go on n’ on—
Others that came had a significant roll in getting us ready for hunting are Kevin Fick, Roger Elloit, Richard Kenton, Matt Thompson, Kieth Magnuson, Chip Hentges and Corby for her cooking, Troy Magnuson for his food organization—just to name a few—all volunteers who have helped the Korkow Families this past year!
