Those of you that have been to the Ranch when Dana Hessel is “cooking” know that he is the “King” when it comes to cooking Oeuvres—-from his onion rings to pheasant cordon bleu to deep fried fish then to evening meals—-his cinnamon rolls at breakfast are guaranteed to put weight on whomever devours—-
Enough of Food—-we have received close to 2 inches of much needed moisture since this past weekend—-light rains—very little run off. Enough to get the grass going—-create good nesting habitat and bugs for the baby pheasant chicks! Stay healthy! Keep away from the C-19 Virus and we will see a lot of you this Fall!
